The Story Of The Week

I know of a lot of people that are doing weekly postings of cute things that their kids say. Well my kids are pretty dang cute also, so I wanted to do something like this. As I started thinking about it, I realized that the things that MyKelle says that makes me laugh are not the little things that she says, (even though she is pretty cute!) but the stories that she tells. So I am going to try to post a weekly story that MyKelle has told me. We will see how this goes!!

Our first story she told me this morning while driving Darin to work in the car. It is all about the Chocolate Milk Monster, told by MyKelle:

Once upon a time there was a Chocolate Milk Monster. The Chocolate Milk Monster looks for cute little kids that like to drink chocolate milk. Then he opens the door up to the car and he steals the chocolate milk from the kids. Then he takes it to his scary cave. And then he pours it and he stirs it and he makes a yucky chocolate milk soup. And then he drinks it all gone!!

(Later coming home from taking Darin to work-after Gage was really scared because he didn't want the chocolate milk monster take his chocolate milk-Mykelle finished the story)

But don't you worry, because the Chocolate milk monster is very slow! He cannot go as fast as our really fast car! So he could not catch up with us and steal our milk. And so the chocolate milk monster melted!!

And that is the story of the Chocolate Milk Monster!!
