Our Family Vacation to Oregon - Day Six

Today we drove up to Astoria, Oregon. We climbed the big tall tower. I'm so proud of MyKelle!! She decided that she wanted to climb up this tower all by herself! There were close to 200 stairs that you had to climb. She got a little scared near the top, but she was brave and she did it!!!This is us at the top of the tower!
Adam climbed it, but was very scared!! Kelli thought that it was funny to jump up and down whenever she was close to Adam. Adam did not think that was funny!! He kept yelling at her.

Adam didn't like mykelle so close to the edge either!!

This is the veiw from the top! Can you see the dots in the shade of the tower? That's my mom, dad and Gage.

After the Astoria Tower we headed for Ft. Stevens. This place is cool, because you get to walk around all their bunkers and play army. Gage loved every minute of it!

Gage also found the cool truck!

And Darin taught him how to use the big canon.

Then we went back and played at the beach some more! Later that evening we went to Ecola State Park and the Tillamook lighthouse.

Then we drove over to the tillamook lighthouse just as the sun was setting. Couldn't get a picture of the lighthouse, because of the sun. But isn't the sunset awesome?!!

Kelli was way into jumping pictures during the trip, this is the one I got on my camera.

Then we went back to our place and starting getting ready to go to our next Hotel.
